Refund policy
If you have any issue at all with your order, please let us know within 48 hiurs of delivery. Send us some photos of your tubers to our email. We want you to be happy and will replace or refund depending on your situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are not responsible for any issues from incorrect planting, weather conditions, for plants after received
Mislabel
We are very careful with our labeling system, but in the event of a mislabel, please send us photos so we can correct our stock and we will send you a refund Or replace tuber the following season with the correct tuber.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
